After using the grill, I sometimes dial up the temp to 480 for about ten minutes. Problem this last time it gave me a HI HEAT notification during the shutdown sequence. After letting it cool down, I started a clean out and found more than usual amount of ash in the fire pot area, but the ash pot was only 1/4 full. after cleaning everything I always fire it back up to test it. This time it would not ignite. I ran the diagnostic and everything checked out except the igniter. Is this a common problem?
