Hot Rod specs.?

My Series 22 started fine but later I found it not heating. I figured I do some testing before replacing the hot rod. The auger works. I got 73 ohms on the hot rod, no short to ground. I plugged it back in and started it up. It seems to be working fine at the moment but voltage and current to the hot rod don't make sense. Can someone tell me the specs on this device: Voltage, amps, resistance?

Also, if this sounds like a familiar problem to someone, please respond.
