The hot rod gets hot to the touch to burn the skin but it doesn't get hot enough to ignite the pellets. I purchased a new hot rod and it is the same. Hot but not hot enough.
The unit is cleaned and has been kept immaculate. All the connections on the control board were checked and put back together the way they were.
What could be the issue?
