Hello from Northern Colorado!

I'm new to Traeger's but been grilling/smoking for close to 50 years. I purchased an Ironwood XL about a month ago. I have a couple of cooks behind me, so getting familiar with the quirks.

So far, everything is good. Another post is in the making.
