Welcome to the forum, OP! I've been hear for just a week or so longer, but there's a lot of knowledge here.

Are Bear Mountain pellets good quality? I live under a mile from a TS and they definitely carry these for about half the price of the Traeger brand.

BM pellets are excellent. IMO, less ash and more smoke than Traeger pellets

Try them out , many people on the forum like them and they are generally less expensive than Traeger
My local best price for Traeger pellets' is 14.99 + tax ( Home Depot buy 4 at a time)

Bear Mountain are my go to pellets, especially on long cooks. Pit boss are my second choice.

Yeah.....that’s what I’m getting. I got to bags of Traeger Signature with the bag but I’ll be going with Bear Mountain. I knew I wasn’t going to continue with signature and likely not Traeger at all, but wasn’t sure what Id get. With Tractor Supply being so close Bear Mountain it is. Thanks guys.
