Hi, new to Traeger and have a pro 780. Use to have a WSM but just don't have the time to tend to it these days (also cant use it when there is a total fire ban here). Joined the forums to find some tips and advice on them and maybe fix some issues i have with it (like the drip tray rusting). Pretty good with the beef ribs but still bit of a way to go getting the brisket to where i want it. Hope your all having a good day!
