I really do like their pellets, smoke is constant and pellet quality is usually great. I say usually because the last two years I had ordered cherry, and found those bags to be small pieces that were easily crushed. The first year, I thought just a bad production batch, then I got the same quality on the cherry last year. This year I opted to skip the cherry (although it had been my favorite, and go to pellet)
It is a Canadian brand, so this one isn't something that is available south of the border as far as I am aware. It is available at Dicksons BBQ in Ontario. I believe there are a couple dealers in Alberta as well. Some pellet blends (True North and Maple and thier Pizza Blend) are available through Home Hardware online. Free shipping to the closest store.
