Did my first baby backs on the Trager yesterday. Standard 3-2-1 method. Turned out really good. Up there with the best I've ever done.

Seasoned the night before with my rub (butt rub from grocery store).
Cooked at 180 for 3 hours spritzed with apple juice every hour
Took off and turned up to 250
Brushed honey and sprinkled with brown sugar a few pads of butter on the meat side. Wrapped in foil with a little apple juice.
Back on at 250 for 2 hours (meat side down. .
Pulled off, removed foil, brushed a thin layer of sauce and back on for about an hour.

Got really good color and texture
