Favorite Turkey Brine Mix?

Only tried a couple of others to be honest but can't see beyond the brine kit that comes with the Traeger Turkey Pellets, no point in fixing something that ain't broken to my mind! ;)
 
My go to turkey brine mix is a classic blend of water, kosher salt, brown sugar, garlic, bay leaves and black peppercorns. For extra flavor, I’ll toss in some orange slices, fresh rosemary and thyme. I usually brine it for about 12-24 hours and it always turns out juicy and flavorful. What kind of flavors are you aiming for traditional, sweet or something with a kick?
