Does anyone have a customer service email address for Traeger?

Both of the email addresses I have for Traeger are now giving AutoResponse replies with "this is an unmonitored email address" ... [email protected] & [email protected] ... I believe that since they've added on an outsourcing partner to handle the influx of calls to Customer Service that they've stopped using the email addresses as a means for a customer to make first contact ...
 
So, now they not only don't return your calls; they also don't reply to your emails?

Unlike the callback lottery, at least with the emails you know you aren't going to get a response by means of an automated reply stating so. ??
 
I just called them. Got to someone within 30 seconds and they are sending me parts. No issues for me.

I'm still waiting on my replacement DRUM and when I called yesterday, I had a guy on the phone for 30 minutes trying to find where I even had an order for a replacement... he never found it... but WOULD NOT order me one because I might still be getting it... MIND BOGGLE
 
Does PMing work in their case? I don't really wanna write an email
Use the text option. They are quick to response and you can just text with them on your phone
