Both of the email addresses I have for Traeger are now giving AutoResponse replies with "this is an unmonitored email address" ... firstname.lastname@example.org & email@example.com ... I believe that since they've added on an outsourcing partner to handle the influx of calls to Customer Service that they've stopped using the email addresses as a means for a customer to make first contact ...Does anyone have a customer service email address for Traeger?
I'm still waiting on my replacement DRUM and when I called yesterday, I had a guy on the phone for 30 minutes trying to find where I even had an order for a replacement... he never found it... but WOULD NOT order me one because I might still be getting it... MIND BOGGLEI just called them. Got to someone within 30 seconds and they are sending me parts. No issues for me.
