Dry Ribs Question

Good morning everyone.

Instead of the usual 3-2-1 method, I want to try something new and simply smoke the ribs without any sauce, foil wrap, etc. Having never done this before, and not wanting to screw it up, any suggestions or advice would be appreciated

You're definitely going to want to spritz them every so often so they don't get dried out. Apple juice or apple cider vinegar work good. I've never tried smoking ribs without wrapping them at the end. Let us know how they come out.
