I have been having an issues with my Timberline 1300 for about a year. It seems the pellets are no longer freely flowing down into the auger hole and cling together o the steep sides of the inside of the hopper. At times I will run out of pellets in the augur yet the hopper is still around 50% full with a step side of pellets all around the inside edges of the hopper box. It's like gravity is having zero effect inside my hopper.
In other forums I have read this is an issue with certain pellets but I have experimented with at last 5 different brands including Traegar pellets and it does not seem to make a difference. I have tried emptying the hopper and putting in fresh brand new store bought pellets but still getting the same issue.
It is driving me crazy anyone having a similar issue? My T1300 is one of the original ones not the newer XL version if that helps.
