Want to preserve my grill beyond a cover AND it's a beast to move from where I want to use it to the most ideal storage spot.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a deck box/shed that works for the Pro 780?

Many of the prefabricated sheds I found are either way to large, or just inches shy in either height or depth.

Ideally I'd like to find the Goldilocks shed- Just right for the grill and some accessory/supply storage.

For all those ahead of me, what is your wisdom?

How big is your deck??

FWIW - I have a Pro 780 and have used nothing but the Traeger cover made for that model. It’s been in the Colorado elements for 3 years and looks good as new.

I am very disciplined about keeping it covered and even the cover itself still looks solid. And we get some extreme weather swings here.

I appreciate that greatly.

However I'm coastal. Aside from the occasional Monsoon like storm, sometimes you just want it safe from the lawn guy.
The other half of the house wants me to build a shack or "doghouse". I'd rather find a prefab.
The link early looks like it'll be a good fit, just have to measure when I get home

I’m almost done building an enclosure for my 780 as well as my XL egg. I have an outdoor kitchen on my screen porch and a dedicated area for my grills but the smokers put out more smoke than my exhaust fan can handle and it smokes up my entire porch. I added this just outside of my porch, it’s 5’x8’. I have the door/windows that are hinged and can prop them open. I’m going to add a couple more on the porch side and a storm door. I left the gable ends open along with a vented ridge vent so the smoke and heat can go out. I just used my egg when it was 8 degrees, I closed it up and the smoke went out above with no issues.
Although I’ve been a Homebuilder a very long time and I was able to use some leftover materials I probably have about $1000 in it. I built it all by myself so I didn’t have any labor cost. I’m going to stain it this spring after the treat wood dries out. Nothing fancy and wanted the rust look to go along with my outdoor kitchen and screen porch.

It all depends on how much space you have and how much you want to spend.

I put a roof over my Traegers. ;)

Very cool. A Traeger Treehouse! (y)

I have a huge unfinished storage room beside my outdoor kitchen that I was keeping my egg and Traeger in, then rolling grills around has gotten old. I’ve got my Webber gas grill and my 36” Blackstone hooked to a gas line (no more switching tanks) so now the egg and 780 are outside but just a few feet from the kitchen area. I love to cook and we entertain quite a bit. I’m on 28 acres out in the country so I can shoot deer from my porch while cooking, lol. From the back it does look like a tree house or as my friends say , a hunting blind.

I understand the struggle of finding the perfect storage for your grill. It can be quite a challenge to find something that fits just right.I'm currently renovating my garden, and I'm in a similar boat with rattan furniture. There are so many options out there, and it's hard to pick the perfect set, right?
