Corned Beef Brisket

Seems a lot of the grocery stores in the area have corned beef brisket on sale this week, maybe for st Patricks day ? Does anyone have a good recipe for that foolishness, going to go out and get a couple now. Odd that they have a limit on them, hope there's still some left. Thanks in advance. -pipes
