Clean before first use?

Hi all - I am expecting delivery of Pro 575 tomorrow morning. Very excited. I've got a quick question. Do you have to clean the grill (incl. grates, etc.) before first use? Just want to make sure I use the grill safely. Also, is there anything else you need to do before you cook on it for the first time?

Appreciate your link. Just to be sure I understand fully, do you not need to rinse the grates with water or something?

Clean the grate if you want to... won't hurt

I wiped mine down but a good burn in will get rid of any oils or other stuff that might be on your grates from shipping/assembly.
