Can't login to the app?

Started my smoker this morning for the Thanksgiving turkey.
My app was working fine then I was disconnected.
Reset my password and now I can login to the website but not the app.
Anyone else?

yes, I was getting push notifications from my phone. When I tried logging into the app it made me sign in and said my password or email were incorrect. I tied sending a password reset and it will not send. Tried calling Traeger and there was a 45-50 minute wait. I would bet we are not the only ones. Happy Thanksgiving all!

I had a similar issue and resolved it by clearing the app's cache and restarting the app. Hope this helps.

Tried that and it didnt work. Even went as far as to uninstall and reinstall thr app.

Same issue. The app kicked me off in the middle of smoking my turkey and won't let me log back in. Tried deleting and reloading the app and also tried using another phone.

I tried to access app and then was kicked out saying "too many log in attempts, try again later!"....later when, after everyone has gone home ? Support put me on hold for 1 to 2 hours!

I seem to recall issues on previous Thanksgiving cooks. People not being able to connect and app errors. I didn't search too hard, but I am sure there's a thread about it.

I would imagine their server isn't able to handle all the data being sent from everyone using their grills at the same time.

I find the Traeger app very flaky at times with random disconnections etc, I have thought for a while it is probably due to server limitations at busy periods and nowadays use the app a lot less than I did particularly now I can guesstimate pellet level pretty accurately and have other gizmo's that keep and eye on temperature.
