Cant get to temp.

I've had my grill for over a year and problems from the start. It wont get near 400. Tried CS three times. What a joke. Replaced computer on there suggestion. Now I've replaced the thermostat. Set the temp to 450. 57 mins later its at 360. I know people who love their traeger. For me if asked I tell them I would never recommend traeger. Terrible experience. Neither the product nor the CS are worth it.

if you could provide more details it might be helpful. What model do you have? Where do you live (climate & altitude could affect performance)? What type and brand of pellets are you using? Thanks

I use traeger pellets. Pro 575. App updated. New computer, new thermostat, new fan, new auger motor. Not working.

Wow! Sounds like you have replaced everything. That’s crazy. I think the first thing I would do is use another thermometer to measure the internal grill temp to verify the reading you’re getting. If all seems good you may need to adjust your P setting to get more heat.

The service tech came by and verified it wasnt working put on the fan and auger motor. I dropped it off yesterday morning. He called yesterday afternoon and said he has it working. Don't know what he did yet. Going to pick it up soon. Hopefully it is working and I can enjoy my traeger like it was meant to be enjoyed.
