- Pro 22 (factory cover, welder's blanket for winter cooks), Weber Genesis, lots of temp probes and various other gizmos, thingamajigs, and a beer cooler.
I lucked out and found a 30" x 19" x 2" made of acacia cubes on end (like a checkerboard) for $70 at Winners. Took it to a journeyman carpenter (retired) buddy who routered out a 1/2" channel around the perimeter, as well as a drain spout. Then built a platform for it to sit on, lower at one end, so that juices can drain into a small baking sheet. Cost me a coupla racks of ribs for the router work.
Beautiful, works like a hot damn. Check out my photos in the What's Cooking thread.
