Always wanted to try one but never have. Snake river farms is super popular but all those places are super expensive. I’m a big Costco guy lol

I’d rather go to an actual butcher, Costco, or grocery store. That way I know exactly the quality I pay for. My wife has tried companies like butcherbox. If I can help it I buy and cook instead of freeze, thaw, and cook.
