Browning ont the Grill

I tried the Ranch dressing recipe out of the cookbook. It turned out moist, flavorful done, but my wife said the skin was not crispy & didn’t appear done.

Is there a way to get crispy skin & browned?

Traegers rubs and sauces are good. Their receips (mainly spice amounts and cook times) and cook approximations are not good. Good guidelines but you have to modify them to work out. Just my $0.02. Cheers
