Bad Controller

went to fire up my lil tex for the 1st time this year. Would not start, and found blown fuse in controller. Replaced and grill powers on now. But no fan or ignition, only auger is moving. 120v to the auger, zero volts to induction fan, 2.5v to the hot rod. Temp also appears to be off, as it says 100+ degrees and it is only about 65 out currently. All this lead me to believe the controller is shot,

Would you all agree?

I assume I can replace the with the newer style that has the on/off switch with two temperature probe?
