Auger tube is empty and auger works until temperature is turned to "High" and then auger stops.

I was grilling at a temperature of 400F when my grill started to lose temperature. I determined the reason to be that the auger had stopped spinning. I cleaned out the pellets from the bin and the auger tube. The auger will spin at every temperature setting until I set it on "high." The auger stops working everytime I set it to high temperature.
