Auger not moving, display flashing, slow fan clicking

My auger got jammed with wet pellets. It was not turning, I could hear clicking, and the display temp was flashing. I just replaced the auger motor. It's doing the same thing. Rapid clicking sound, flashing display, and auger not turning. No wires or anything blocking fan, no pellets in grill. Help?

Call customer support. If you’ve cleared the auger and replaced the motor I’m not sure what else it could be unless the auger is bent and not able to freely turn.
