I have a PRO575 and the auger turns for a few seconds and then stops, preventing the grill from igniting. I have dimantled the entire BBQ and cannot find an obvious fault. I am on my third controller since new over 5yrs. They are not cheap. 
The auger turns freely and functions correctly when using the "prime audger" or "clear auger" functions.
I have the following questions to try and diagnose.
1. If the igniter is faulty will it send a message to stop the auger turning?
2. What should I be looking for, diagnosing and generally trouble shooting. I am starting to get very frustrated with the grill.
