Adding Additional Grate On 070 Lil/Tex

I have a Traeger model 070 Lil-Tex that I’m wanting to add an additional grill grate to. Curious if anyone has modified their 070 with an extra grate and how the addition was accomplished. I’m also considering upgrading the controller to either a Jewel or Phoenix. Any suggestions on a controller replacement that offers WiFi capabilities and accurate temp control is much appreciated! Thanks For The Replies! Any ideas if this particular model is pre/post China?

Back when I had a Jr., I created an extra shelf by bolting legs onto a grilling basket, then setting in on the built-in shelf anytime I needed a little more space.
