I recently purchased a brand new 575 Pro from the UK and I am getting problems with the temperatures.
When set below 200 them temperature swings range from 120F to 220F this is constant and won't lock onto a temperature.
Worst of all the grill won't go above 350F this was highlighted by food taking longer than expected I Tested with a calibrated prob and the grill is only reaching 350F Max when the D2 controller is reading 450F.
I also have a slight flickering with the backlight on the D2 controller I do not know if this is normal or not?
