Not sure if this is normal. All I ever hear from Traeger people is how much I am missing by not being a customer. I bought a $1000 smoker three days ago. Unpacked it and the warmer door was broken. I then found out I have the outdated firmware and my wifi will not work, customer service still does not know how they will fix that. The replacement door arrived in a 2-day air package with nothing padding it and busted through the box, once again I had a broken door. Is this a joke? If I had a truck I would take this thing back right now, but I don't. Absolutely horrible experience so far.
