Not sure if this is normal. All I ever hear from Traeger people is how much I am missing by not being a customer. I bought a $1000 smoker three days ago. Unpacked it and the warmer door was broken. I then found out I have the outdated firmware and my wifi will not work, customer service still does not know how they will fix that. The replacement door arrived in a 2-day air package with nothing padding it and busted through the box, once again I had a broken door. Is this a joke? If I had a truck I would take this thing back right now, but I don't. Absolutely horrible experience so far.

What model grill (NVM - Century 885 is listed in your profile)? What version of Firmware | Config Version is currently installed?

Firmware version 02.00.01 is the latest "active" version being PUSHed down from the Traeger Cloud, with the exception that some are starting to see a rollout of 02.01.03 in the past 24+ hours ... Firmware version 02.01.02 was causing a subset of WiFIRE Controllers to unexpectedly shutoff and it was put "on hold" back on May 27th ...

The WiFIRE Status Page (https://www.traegergrills.com/status) should be a "trusted" source of accurate / up-to-date information, but you will soon find out that at least up until today, it is deficient in numerous facets ...

Yes it is a Century 885. The firmware is 2.0.0. They put a ticket in like four days ago after customer support could not get it connected, but I haven’t heard anything back. Who knows.
