I got my woodridge pro last spring and love it, my confidence may be to high because I'm going to try and smoke a 20 lb bird for Thanksgiving. The problem is where I live it will probably be about 20 degrees out. Am i delusional to think i can supersmoke for 2-2 1/2 hours and then finish up at about 350 for 4 hours

How did it end up

How did it end up going with the cold weather?

I've always had better luck with spatchcocking turkeys when smoking them. They seem to cook more evenly. I usually do 275 for 15-20 mins per pound. 350 for 4 hours might dry it out.
