Is it normal for the fan to cycle on and off every 5 -10 seconds while smoking 160-225? Besides being incredibly annoying it doesn't seen to generate much smoke, even with super smoke turned on. It doesn't seem to do it at higher temps. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

You are spot on with the cord, standard 10 amp 125 volt cord. I had several laying around that matched. Tested it out, Ironwood is still dead. Frustrating part is I will have to go through the whole thing again with customer service and lose a couple more weeks without the use of my 14 month...
