I bought this package of thin slices RibEye steaks from Aldis...
Cooked 4 last night and had Steak Sandwiches with smoked Cheddar and grilled onions... and regular steak seasoning rub, they were okay.
Today cooked 4 more with H-E-B rub and grilled on the gasser, same cheese, and they were FANTASTIC... That rub is God's Gift to beef... THE END
