Wirefi help??

Pro 575
Pro 575 is working fine but: I have connected to my home network as instructed but do not see any data from the grill on my device. So, cannot control temp or cook time. Did I skip a step or could something actually be wrong?
 
To confirm - the WiFIRE Controller display shows the triangle in the upper right hand corner as bars versus an outline (see attached pic for an example)?

The App will occasionally stop communicating with the Traeger Cloud back-end, requiring you to close out the App and restart to have it refresh the Temp/Probe/Timer data ...

When you select your grill in the App, does it show it with a Green Light? What status does it display (attached pic of my PRO 780 shows sleeping)?
