What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

OKAY, so it's actually LESS if you are worried about blood sugar, (knowledge is king)

according to this, only HALF of sugar alcohol gets absorbed in your blood

Seeing as this monk fruit is 4g sugar alcohol, you only count HALF, which makes Monk Fruit over 50% less than real sugar in carb count.

So if this is applied, now each piece is 21.5g carb
It's not the monk fruit I would worry about, but the condensed milk which has a ton of sugar. Have you considered using evaporated milk?

3 racks of baby backs for a tues Birthday Party for my niece, PULLED RIB MEAT

Not on the Traeger, I am cooking too high to impart smoke flavor using a pellet grill
On my Vision Kamado, running the Fireboard2 Drive to control the temps

Pork belly burnt ends and Mac n cheese in the rain.
I got the pork on and I’m smoking the cheese sauce for a while before I add the noodles. Using every bit of the little Bronson.

I still find it amazing that you can get such consistent temperatures on charcoal grills with a fan and thermometer combo!

Looks great. I love pork belly burnt ends

I am always impressed by how steady it is. As long as the firebox on the Kamado is airtight it seems to work better than a pellet grill for a constant temperature

Looks good. I like this, on my list of things to do

And now the final product!!! (I'll put a finishing sauce on when I re-heat Tues)

If I wasn't full, I'd be drooling at this and @FireTechMike and his meal.
Both of your dinners look amazing

Definitely pleased with how this turned out. Being used to the Traeger, I sure see a difference in the amount of smoke flavor the Kamado kicks out. This was cooked at 275° and at 325°. Thin blue smoke throughout the cook.
