What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

A buddy of mine dropped off a few things and wanted to know if I could smoke them. I told him I can sure try! He brought country style ribs and a small ham ( on the top shelf) and a pre cooked and seasoned pork for pulled pork and a small chicken( going on in an hour).
The racks ribs are mine and I'm also doing a chicken. Cooking some shrimp later on the B20. And a pizza later tonight.

Meat Church pork belly and large fresh from the butcher Turkey breast tonight

Turkey turned out nice. But I didn’t pay enough attention to the pork belly I burnt it up :(

idk, hadn't thought about it. I just sauce it and letting it setup a few mins. then I'll pull it and slice it.
 
Hi everybody, wings and "fake jalapenos poppers" (can't find jalapenos so i did it with small peppers), first try, turned out great.

Well my last one was to 165 but I thought it needed higher... i see you took yours up in the 190s?? how did it turn out?

Well my last one was to 165 but I thought it needed higher... i see you took yours up in the 190s?? how did it turn out?
Pulled the ham at 150f then put probe in other chicken. Ham was precooked so all it needed was heated.

Haha, I forgot the country style ribs, pretty much fixed like @Slimpicker pork steak, damn good

tomorrow gonna vacuum seal everything for my buddy, he was pretty much overwhelmed with how everything tasted.
