What's cooking today? 🔥 Pics are necessary!

Sundays cook very similar to Labordays and just as good. Had more fam come to visit over dinner.

Rump roast like a brisket, pork belly burnt ends, pork belly like a brisket, chicken drumsticks and bacon wrapped thighs, Elote , smoked cream cheese. Not pictured chantilly potato’s.

Looks great. What did you use to get that nice color?
Meatchurch holy gospel on the drums,thighs and pork belly. (Ends and whole piece) Kendrickbbq pecanerry on the ribs and HEB brisket rub on the roast. Cookies bbq sauce on the drums and traeger apricot bbq sauce on the thighs and ribs. And cookies and apricot on the burnt ends.
 
Not on the Traeger, but on my 28” Blackstone griddle. Breakfast for supper. Eggs, lil smokies, sausage links, scrambled eggs and pancakes.

Been wanting to try queso on the traeger, mentioned it to my daughter. She found a recipe and bought all the ingredients. So queso it’s is.
