What's cooking today? 🔥 Pics are necessary!

Had to give the Traegers a rest today. Chicken thighs....still only $0.99/lb. at my local HEB while chicken wings are rationed, 2 packs max.

Used a BBQ Guru Party Q to maintain 255 in the egg for over 3 hours. I forgot ya still have to rotate the grid for even cooking, but they turned out awesome.

I had my first smoker cook from the beef cattle we raised this year! I have never done beef short ribs before. These things were 3-4" tall. From a taste perspective I would say they were a cross between a brisket and pork ribs. All in all a success. We have plans for a brisket in 2 weeks, can't wait!

I just put on a variation of the orange brined turkey. Tweaked the brine solution. Spatchcocked it, rubbed it with Chairman of the Bird and put it on to smoke.
