Teriyaki Chicken Skewers! Simply cubed some boneless breasts and marinated for a couple of hours in store brand (Wegmans) teriyaki sauce. Then threaded on skewers with peppers and a variety of onions. Put the Traeger at 400 and turned every 10 mins or so, till they hit 165. Mmmmmm! See before & after photos below.

2 Turkey breast fillets, dusted and frig sit for a few hours. Used my fav, Dizzy Pig MadMax Turkey

Traeger set at 310° (who knows where it really cooked at) Top shelf
Cooked till 175° IT

Off and sliced, the juice poured out like any beef cook. NO KNIFE NEEDED on plate, Wife highly approved.

Going through the freeze and rotating things. Here's a chunk O'Pork Loin from May 2020 with some home made Keto rub. Quite tasty.

The rub has a wee bit of Tumeric in it. You would not know it looking at the rub, but you can see the color coming through now.

"Wife-approved" might be the ultimate compliment.

Portobello Pizzas. Stemless big Portobello's topped with CrazySalt, lots of garlic, chopped spinach, salami, and mozzarella cooked at 375 for 20 minutes, turning the grill topper halfway through. SWMBO Approves big time!
