I haven’t seen a topic on here about what we r cooking, so I figured I would start one. Maybe just include a pic and description. Sorry if there is a topic like this started. I will be the first to post.

9lb pulled pork Traeger pork and poultry rub and injected it will apple juice and butchers pork injection.

3-2-1 Traeger Ribs with killer Hogs Rub (regular and hot), Sweet Baby Rays sauce and some local spicy sauce from local barbecue joint. Excellent Ribs!

I'm going to try my first BBQ tri-tip tonight. It's marinading in Traeger BBQ sauce as I type and will go on the grill in about 5 hours.

Had it roaring at 512 degrees. Confirmed the temp with another thermometer. The ironwood easily gets over the 500 mark and holds it.

Here's the final results of my Tri-Tip. I know, it's overcooked but it still tasted pretty good.
