Welcome to TraegerForums.com’s Newest Section, Dedicated to the All-New Traeger Woodridge Series!

Received my Woodridge pro yesterday, put it together, which is always exciting. Went to do the burn in/ season. Started the bad boy up only to get an ER13 code 15 seconds in. Went through the trouble shooting. Still didn’t work called customer service. 2 hours later and doing the trouble shooting on video for CS. I was told it is being escalated to service team. No ETA. New smoker cannot even use. Hopefully have it resolved prior to Super Bowl weekend.

Welcome aboard! I was getting excited reading your post, especially since you’re the first here to get one. However, I’m really disappointed to hear about the issues. Hopefully, Traeger will resolve things quickly and make it right. Keep us updated on how it all turns out!

I will tell you going from a Pro 780 to this Woodridge pro is a big upgrade same Traeger quality. I am hoping it is an easy fix. I will keep updating.

Hopefully they can resolve it for you. Sounds as if someone at the factory may not have connected the auger properly

Update: Traeger support reached back out and said to turn grill on and they did an update on software. Did the update and great news it is working now. I’m excited to break her in right. lol.

It looks pretty solid. Looking forward to a real world review

I suspect new model units like the Woodbridge will, like many other products, require a few software upgrades once it hits the streets as prototype, alpha and beta test unit analysis won't iron out all of the issues. Hopefully such problems are few and far between.
