Did a Waygu Ribeye I got from KOBECLUB.COM.
Reverse seared.
Slow smoked to 123 internal, rested 15 minutes covered while bringing grill temp up to high, then seared in C/I pan.
Damn it was good!!!

You should have called me!!!! I would have come over to eat that!!! LOL, looked GREAT! Very nice job!
