Finally, the maiden voyage for my ‘vintage’ Traeger, delayed by fan replacement, failed electroal outlet and lack of time. I am seeing wide temperature variations and need to set controller at 180° to achieve somewhere between 205 and 239°. Is this typica, or should I suspect the controller, the thermocouple or both? Sm\oking St. Louis ribs per Traeger recipe.
