I was wondering how often you use the Super Smoke mode and in what situations?
Whenever I’m in that temp zone I use it for at least the first 3 hours. I’ve read multiple times that meat only takes smoke for 3 hours which I think is non sense but depending on pellet situation I let that thing smoke.I was wondering how often you use the Super Smoke mode and in what situations?
