Hi. Made bacon for the first time at 300 degrees following the traeger maple bacon recipe. I had 2 trays in the Traeger and also put 5 strips of bacon but on the grill alone. You can see in the pile of bacon one in the middle that is cooked to my liking on the left side. But as you follow it on to the right side it’s completely burnt.

The other image of the row of bacon show the range of cooking degrees from decent to pretty crispy burnt. Is it possible to get evenly cooked bacon?

Sure. I made bacon 3 nights ago for my Venison BBQ burgers. 15 minutes at 350, on grill grate, came out perfect. As always, monitor what's cooking. Took some out at 12-13 minutes, rest out at 15..
