Unable To connect my grill to the App

My Ironwood 885 is connected to my grill but it won’t connect to the app. When trying to connect to the Traeger app, it can’t find the traeger WiFi and I’m assuming that’s the reason why it won’t connect. Any suggestions or tips is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

What firmware version do you have? Let it update and then it should work. You may have to go into your WiFi settings and forget the Traeger-793D WiFi network.
