U.K. new addition to the group!

Hi folks

My names Nick & after a lot of debate & investigation, I settled on a Traeger Junior Elite as my intro to the world of smoking!

I’m in the U.K. so not only are grills generally more expensive, but pellets and meat are too, so don’t expect too many brisket or prime rib posts . More like rolled brisket or boneless pork shoulder .

I’m currently waiting on some Traeger signature blend before I get started, but appreciate any advice or support for someone on the cheaper end of the scale
