Traeger Service a thumbs up

I know everyone's experience with Traeger service will vary, but just wanted to give them a thumbs up for my recent experience.
I have one of the earliest Pro575 (bought at HD a few days before official release). Still under warranty. Was giving it a thorough mid-summer clean, discovered that the menu selections on the controller would not work (tried to clear the auger after emptying the hopper). Turns out the knob selector works turning clockwise but not counter-clockwise. Consequently could not change the menus except Timer. Also realized I could not turn the temps down with the knob, only up. All other aspects of the grill work fine, and I could change the temps using the app.
Decided to chat with customer service this morning. connected with someone in 10 seconds. short chat, streamed a view of the controller not working, and a new controller is on its way.
Easy resolution, and the grill otherwise works fine so can continue to grill:)

Yes be kind and and don’t have an attitude. I give CS lady 👍🏼👍🏼 on my issue with Silverton 620. She‘s (Traeger) is sending me a new 620 replacement this Tuesday. My issue was or could potentially be a fire issue with grease build up. For those who own 620 read my previous post over in the Problems/Issues/Help section here. I spoke to a Traeger rep today at Costco and he even said that it could be a safety issue and was going to bring it up tomorrow when the road crew meet up. I noticed the same issue with the Silverton 810 when I was at Costco.
