Traeger Pro 780 will turn on but immediately turn off

I have had the Pro 780 for less than a year. It will power on like normal but will screen will shut off after about 15 seconds. The power stays on. I checked all the power cords. I changed to different power outlets. It is getting the power by turning on, but it is being tripped by something that turns the screen off. Any ideas?

In another thread I found if I turned the Wifi network off, it will work. It did. Although, it took me a few tries as it would shut down so fast.

Yep - some folks could not navigate fast enough to the Forget Network option, and had to turn off their Router / Wireless Access Point long enough to perform that step ...
