The heat baffle (or firepot cover as the manual says) on my Lil Tex is warped. I know this is a common issue, and seems to be inevitable. The baffle is so warped that it touches the bottom of the drip tray, and changes the angle of it. Do you think I can just bend the legs on the baffle inward so that it can sit slightly lower over the firebox? That way it can be level and not touching the drip tray. However, I'm concerned less clearance over the firebox could cause issues. Any advice? Thanks!

Same issue here with the baffle warped so much that it changes angle of drip tray. I've just been dealing with it... did you find a solution? What would you use to bend the legs of the heat baffle, since it's such a thick piece of metal 😕? Any suggestions welcome, thanks in advance.
