Traeger customer service

So Traeger sent out a new controller for my Pro 575.
Received it today and it’s a controller for the Timberline grills.WTF?
My patience is running low with this company.

Is it the new Timberline d2 controller or the old one? Were you get in touch with Traeger again and get the right one coming?

It’s the Timberline controller.
It would fit in the front but the power switch is to wide to fit in the slot on the back of the hopper of the pro 575.
I thought I had lucked out and received a better controller.
They are sending out the correct one but had no explanation on why the wrong one was sent out.
