This might be useful to someone, but you can run the traeger app in windows 11 for free. You have to install Amazon's app store through Microsoft's store. Then a program from github. Here's the instructions: https://www.androidpolice.com/windows-11-apk-install-guide/

The recent versions of Windows 11 do provide capability of running Android apps within Windows.

However, you can do the same thing within earlier versions of Windows using an Android emulator. I have tried a couple, but the one I favor is called Memu Play. the current version of Memu installs versions of Android up to version 9 (Pie). This is several versions behind the most recent Android release for flagship phones, but it should be adequate for most apps.

I found something better. It was a bit of a pain to setup, but it works. Check this out: https://github.com/sebirdman/hass_traeger

Now I have a chart I can look at.

Basically you need something like VMWare, or Microsoft's free Hyper-V. Then you install a virtual machine for Home Assistant on it. The pain is configuring the Virtual network adapters so it can run on your network (the same network as your traeger). Then copy over the files and install them inside the HA virtual machine and you can add individual buttons and charts to your homescreen and customize it all. Once it's done it's basically just a website you can loadup on any device. Pretty cool.

WHY??

Because it's better than the app, is customizable, works on any device and has graphs?
Ontop of also being integrated directly with Home Assistant. Meaning you could theoretically tell Alexa to turn off your ribs.
