I recently got Pro 575 and everything tastes so good with this grill. Do you have any tips on keeping steaks warm while eating? For example, the first half of a meal tastes awesome but then the rest cools down so fast. I am new to cooking and I wonder if you have some know-how.

It's important that meat rests after cooking to enable juices to escape the protein. The "side effect" of resting is that the meat cools during this time also. I've read that Americans, as opposed to the rest of the world, are accustomed to higher temperatures at serving time. I have changed my ways to accept lower temps at the point of consumption in exchange for tastier, juicier meat.

warm your plate in the micro

Do you have the same complaint on every meal you have ever eaten? I am not sure how the same meal cooked on one type of cooker will "cool down" any quicker than a meal cooked on another cooker assuming they are the same temp when they are plated.

I put foods in a cooler to rest OR keep warm. Then when everything is ready put all out for serving. Works pretty good, but know matter what foods will cool.
